Thank you for enquiring about the acquisition of a Filing @ Work Franchise. This document will explain the key features of the franchise and the business proposition. We aim, in this document, to give you enough information to enable you make the decision to go ahead with acquiring a franchise.
At the end of the information pack you will be invited to choose a franchise area and make a deposit of the purchase price into our professional advisors trust account. Once this has been received, our advisors will notify you, in writing, that your funds have been received and confirm the franchise area you have selected. All the necessary franchise and confidentiality agreements will then be forwarded to you for your approval. If at any time prior to signing the franchise agreements, you have a change of heart, your funds will be refunded less a R28,500 handling fee, and your chosen franchise area will be released for others to take up.

You as a franchisee will take this problem away, so it is an easy sell.
